Is the process really that complicated?

Nope, not with us. We do recruitment and migration in the same place. That means you are not stuck juggling paperwork or chasing different people. There is a bit to gather at the start, but once the first file is set up, hiring additional trades becomes much easier.

How do you check candidates?

We use our SOLVED framework which looks at:

We only present candidates who meet every requirement.

How do we know they will stay?

How long does it take?

Around 12 weeks from job offer to start date.
